Terms of Use for Trashpotentially Plumbing

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of trashpotentially.garden and the services Trashpotentially Plumbing offers through it. If you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Trashpotentially Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer work or repairs. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost range is a typical U.S. figure. It varies by job and is not a quote. Confirm details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@trashpotentially.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this site belong to Trashpotentially Plumbing or its licensors. Do not copy it or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Trashpotentially Plumbing is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
